Case Study: The $30 Billion “Ghost”

During my audit, I identified a titan in the Cybersecurity space—a company with a $30B+ market cap. On Google, they own the “Zero Trust” and “Cloud Security” keywords. They are an undisputed leader.

However, when I asked ChatGPT for the “most modern AI-driven” solution in their niche, they were nowhere to be found. The crown was handed to smaller, nimbler rivals. The AI had “pigeonholed” the titan as a legacy network tool. Their innovation was erased because their Entity Data was outdated.
